A growing PE-backed financial services business is seeking an experienced and engaged Chief Financial Officer to become a key member of the executive team, partnering with the CEO in making key strategic decisions for the business. The main focus of the role will be on overseeing the finance and risk departments across multiple sites as well as working with the CEO and board in order to drive the strategic direction and continued growth of the business.

The role is highly operational and the successful candidate will have a strong presence in professionalising and implementing all systems, processes and controls in order to continue to grow the business. As a key member of the executive team you'll take full ownership for the financial and operational affairs of the business and be integral to the company's continued success.

We are looking for qualified candidates (ACA, ACMA, ACCA), preferably chartered, with extensive experience as CFO with a background in larger and smaller businesses preferably as a number one in finance, we will also consider candidates looking to make a step up. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. A background within the financial services sector is essential, specifically within the consumer lending space.
