Marks Sattin Executive Search is working with a leading PE-backed Multisite Consumer-Facing people-based business to recruit a proactive Chief Financial Officer. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to an already established business, positioning it for a successful exit in the near future with substantial potential for capital gains.

As CFO, you will play a pivotal role in fortifying the business's standing by closely collaborating with senior management and the Private Equity firm.

Responsibilities encompass overseeing all financial operations, devising strategies aligned with established business goals, and serving as the primary financial advisor for business growth, ensuring the successful execution of both strategic and tactical initiatives.

Your will also be responsible for leading a dynamic finance team, where your focus will be on implementing development plans, and maintaining a collaborative, supportive team environment.

The ideal candidate will be:

* A qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA).

* Experienced as PE-Backed CFO or an autonomous Finance Director, ideally in a PE-backed

Multisite Consumer-Facing people based business.

* Experienced scaling up a business and leading it through to a successful exit.

* An influential character with solid people management experience, an acute eye for detail and the ability to interact with people at all levels of the business.
