An industry leading business service provider backed by a well-regarded Private Equity house is seeking a growth focused Chief Financial Officer to capitalise on current and future opportunities with a plan of a significant exit in the next two to three years.

You will asked to partner closely with the CEO, as well as the private equity backers, who have extensive knowledge of the industry and significant investment potential to provide support on the strategic direction of the business. You will be required to optimise the finance function by ensuring all systems, processes, and controls are efficient and developing the strong finance team.

Further to growing organically, the business will be significantly involved in acquiring businesses, both domestically and internationally, therefore, requires a very commercial individual with extensive due diligence and integration experience.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably Chartered, with experience in a PE backed business services company, with a strong focus on growth and preparing the business for sale.
