Start your job searchA highly successful PE backed international education business of scale is seeking an energetic and intelligent Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to strategically partner with the CEO to create a formidable team as they look to go through a strong growth period organically and via buy and build.
This is a high profile role that will require a self-driven attitude and commercial acumen to provide key strategic insight into areas in the business that can be improved. Working closely with the CEO and the wider management team you will take on a number of high profile projects across all areas of the company that will drive the overall performance as well as culture of the business. You will also be technically strong and be able to manipulate and interpret data to provide a clear insight that will influence the strategic direction of the business.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in either transaction services, corporate finance, consultancy or private equity and be able to take ownership of projects that will optimise the operational and financial performance of the business.
