My client, a specialist Corporate Services provider that included Accounting, Regulatory and Tax Compliance, and Company Formation & Implementation are looking to strengthen their team now with a Qualified Accountant. Part of a much bigger group with a global presence with an offering that expands out to Funds & Institutional services (handling multiple asset classes, multi-jurisdictional compliance and reporting services, complex fund structures and investor reporting demands) and Private Wealth services, this position will offer you fantastic insight into Financial Services.

Reporting into the Associate Director, you'll be handed client work from the off that includes large Singaporean structures that is made up of a number of UK businesses, SPVs, and real estate clients. You'll be working on fairly complex structures that you may not ordinarily get with mid-tier practices. Also, with the group being so large, a lot of investment is going in on their branding and culture to attract more quality clients and candidates alike.

Requirements

- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA) with at least 4 years' experience, preferably within a Professional Services / Practice environment

- Confident and good communication skills, being able to deal with client queries

- Excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP / FRS102

- Accounts prep experience
