A large pharmaceuticals business based in Feltham is in urgent need of a Commercial Analyst to join ASAP on an initial 3-6 month basis. There is the potential for this role to turn permanent.

You will be responsible for:

• Month end closing
• Reporting sales and gross margin results both locally & globally
• Controlling trade investment & marketing budgets
• Tracking customer profitability
• Maintaining a rolling monthly forecast and understanding the drivers of forecast performance
• Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget
• Working closely with the integrated Supply Chain Manager to maintain a high level of forecast accuracy
• Assisting with the preparation and evaluation of financial business cases for new product launches
• Supporting the Commercial Controller with any ad hoc requests
• Investigating and challenging customer audit claims
• Customer price file maintenance
• Other ad hoc tasks may be required

Ideally you will be part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) and you will have previous experience working in a consumer goods based industry. Strong Excel skills are also required.
