Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading business in Wakefield who are looking to recruit a new Part-Qualified Commercial Finance Analyst.

Reporting directly to the FP&A Manager, this role with encompass an all round

The role's main aim is to support the FP&A manager in the development of useful financial and management information, which can be used for good decision-making and to identify opportunities.

  • Analyse and provide challenge to all costs within the business wherever appropriate.
  • Assist with the preparation of the budgeting and forecasting process
  • Development of structured financial and operational information, with clear links and dependencies.
  • Insightful management reporting which provides a detailed understanding of the operational and financial dynamics of the operations.
  • Prepare analysis for the weekly/monthly performance review.
  • Develop insightful KPI reporting for decision support
  • Set and review the budgets of central departments
  • Maintain data & reporting integrity
  • Ad-hoc analysis of operations and specific projects which drives and supports improvements in company capability and profitability.
  • Respond to varying queries from the business

This role would be suitable for somebody who is part-qualified and looking to continue developing their career. Full study support is provided and there is exceptional progression opportunities.
