Steeped in heritage and a strong belief that staff welfare and development is at the heart of their success, coupled with the underpinning that finance plays a key part in future direction of the business, this really is a finance centre of excellence! This new position will add depth and strength to the commercial decision making within this high performing business division. Gaining significant exposure to both group and operations, this new role will step away from the transactions and add commercial and strategic information for the MD, CFO and Divisional heads.

Key responsibilities within this role will include: -

- Providing analysis across the business

- Financial modeling

- Business Partnering and stakeholder management with senior heads and the MD!

- Challenging the numbers that come through the business to improve and develop reports

- Help with budgeting and forecasting overheads

- Detailed analysis of WIP and dept

- Being a key playing in high level project work contributing to significant transformation projects over the next 12-18 months.

Ideally this role is targeting a qualified level ACMA/ACCA/ACA accountant and high quartile individual. You should be able to demonstrate and articulate a high level of communication both verbally and through written reports whilst being credible enough to challenge senior stakeholders. This role would suit a strong commercial finance and MI Analyst who wants to add commercial value all under the direction of an experienced commercial head of finance!
