Commercial Finance Director required by my client who are a successful operator within the FMCG / manufacturing space

You will be fully qualified (ACA / ACMA / ACCA) and have operated within this environment with tangible results through your career to date.

You will have full working knowledge of all stages of the supply chain from the cost of production through to the finished product leaving the warehouse as the various channels products will pass through to reach the end user

You will have operated at Board level and have played a key role in the strategic direction of operations. As an active member of the executive management team you will have implemented and then subsequently driven the strategic plan to ensure quality service, customer care, improved sales and ultimately profitability

You must be able to demonstrate and provide anecdotal and specific examples of strong influencing, decision support and critically results at Board level. This is an absolute prerequisite of this position

Ideally you will have been part of a transformation team during your career where you have driven and implemented change
