Our client are a Leeds City Centre, PE Backed market leader in their field who are known for delivering a high quality service to their clients.

This role reports directly into the Managing Director and focuses on providing accurate, timely and relevant financial information, helping to achieve business goals and targets.

Responsibilities will include;

• Reporting weekly and monthly P&L forecast & KPI's
• Preparation of annual budgets and subsequent monthly reforecasting
• Main contact point for External and Internal audit
• Manage and forecast working capital at a local level
• Highlight key trends, opportunities and possible threats to the business and suggest and implement new procedures
• Identify, write and present investment cases alongside the business units
• Work with commercial and sales teams as required to ensure that new work is appropriately priced
• Support senior management in negotiations and ensure that financial, legal and commercial risk is minimised
• Strong commercial focus (in addition to driving margin and bottom line profitability) on working capital management and cash generation, ensuring ROI is delivered in line with targets
• Take the lead on driving continuous improvement, to build an environment where efficiencies are achieved and finance are seen as a genuine value-add function

For this role you must be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) and have experience in a similar role.

You must also be tenacious and confident in your approach to stakeholder engagement alongside having a keen eye for detail and opportunity.
