A dynamic and rapidly growing property business requires a Commercial Business Partner to undertake the following pivotal role.

Commercial Business Partner - £55,000 - £70,000.

Duties to include:

  • Be responsible for the financial appraisal of all new developments, land acquisitions, and all major projects and initiatives.
  • The preparation and presentation of investment analysis to the Investment Committee.
  • Act as advisor and business partner to the senior management and executive team.
  • Assist the Finance Director in the development of the businesses ongoing strategy.
  • Undertake market analysis, and other relevant analysis to support business growth and decision making.
  • The preparation of short and long term forecasts and budgets.
  • Work with the finance team to provide commentaries and insight into regular reporting and analysis.
  • Working with the FD, CEO, major shareholder, and other senior level staff on a variety of projects.

Candidate requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with relevant post qualified experience.
  • Strong experience of investment appraisal, return on investment analysis, the review of complex businesses cases, etc.
  • Experience from the property/real estate sector would be of great advantage.
  • Advanced Excel and modelling skills.
  • Excellent communicator, and able to present financial information to non-finance staff.
