Commercial managemnet accountant - exceptional contract opportunity within one of the UKs leading FMCG/Household names! Fantastic chance for someone proven in the world of FMCG to join this close-knit commercial finance team and make a real difference.

Hugely varied, you'll be involved in the following on a daily basis:

• Working closely with the revenue generating commercial teams;
• Developing analysis on performance to enable commercial decision making;
• Preparation of budgets and forecasts - assist with tracking and reporting accurately against ROI and other key measures/KPI's;
• Providing detailed insight into promotions at each stage to increase effectiveness and profitability;
• Analyse performance of new products, research and development and highlight any performance issues;
• Highlight opportunities to optimise ROI and evaluate tender proposals;
• Review of monthly forecasts and provision of weekly variance analysis.

MUST - Industry experience, preferably within FMCG, Manaufacturing, Pharma or Retail is also highly valued.

Finance experience is beneficial whilst strong analytical and Excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups) are essential.
