Have you 2-3 years experience as a company secretary and are seeking a move?

Based in the heart of Dublin in a fantastic location, my client are seeking an experienced company secretary to join their rapidly growing business.

In line with rapid expansion and growth objectives, my client are looking to recruit a highly motivated candidate to join their capital markets team.

As the company secretary, this is a very client facing role where you will gain the responsibility for the legal, corporate and administrative affairs relating to client activities as well as the management of the general legal and company secretarial administration.

Ideally, you will have 2-3 years experience in a corporate services provider or inhouse environment with a ICSA qualification (or part qualified, working towards the same).

If you have strong team working and organisation skills, adaptability and are highly proactive then this could be the right role for you.
