Within the role you will be responsible for the provision of company secretarial and corporate compliance services to a number of clients, primarily SPV's and investments funds and completing all tasks associated with the position. You will attend and arrange Board meetings and prepare the minutes as well as assist with general corporate compliance including preparing statutory returns for the CRO.

Ideally the candidate will be qualified or part qualified (I.C.S.A.) or equivalent. You should have experience of SPV's or investment funds and be interested in gaining further experience in the areas of company law, company secretarial practice and corporate compliance, insolvency and financial services. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills as there will be frequent and constant interaction with the clients.
