Rare opportunity for a commercially minded accountant to join a fast paced medium sized business, to support with acquisition work. Based in Hemel Hempstead, the business has grown at a phenomenal rate organically and is now looking to further accelerate growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead support on key strategic projects - eg M&A, fund raising, re-banking, strategic partnerships
  • Financial modelling in relation to above - building an integrated model
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Internal management reporting and performance monitoring
  • Preparation of financial information for Board
  • Interaction with key department leads and help with their performance reporting requirements
  • Interaction with key financial stakeholders

There are two possible profiles for this superb role:

  • Manager from an Accounting firm (Top 20) who is experienced within Transaction Services/ Corporate Finance.
  • Manager in a FP&A function from industry who has excellent Financial Modelling an ideally experience within the due diligence process.

This role will be reporting directly into the CFO, and liaising with the board, so you will possess superb communication skills and business acumen.
