One of the most successful Corporate Finance firms in the South is looking to expand their M&A team by bringing in an Assistant Director to complement the team in Reading. The team is growing and this is an exciting time for someone proactive to join and really make their mark.

You will work directly below the M&A Partner and be responsible for the day to day running of the team looking after juniors. Deals mainly sit within but not limited to the technology and PE sectors up to 100Million in size.

This role would suit someone who is already working at Assistant Director level as there will be quick progression on offer to Director. We will also consider a strong Manager with previous supervisory exposure looking to make a step up to Director.

You must be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent. Sector specific knowledge is an advantage but not necessary.
