Well regarded M&A Boutique are looking to strengthen their team with a Corporate Finance Executive. The business are a leader in their market and have a great culture. This role will be a mix of office and home based work. As there is plenty to learn and get involved in some time in the office would definitely be advantageous.

A few of the duties you can expect to be involved in are:

• Financial analysis of client's business
• Preparation of financial models
• Research and analyse companies and industries
• Develop and prepare client marketing and presentations

To be considered for this role you must be ACA, ACCA, CFA or CF qualified or equivalent (part qualified may be considered for the right candidate) You must have corporate finance or accounting exposure with an interest to develop a career in the Corporate Finance field.
