Marks Sattin are partnering a fast-growing business in Warwick who are looking to appoint a Credit Control Team Leader.

The team has a 2 x Team Leader structure and as one of these Team Leaders you will oversee a team and assist in training, development and weekly and monthly reporting and administration to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and collection.

As Credit Control Team Leader, you will:

• Manage, coach and mentor the team
• Ensure efficient collection, control and administration of cash owed
• Monitor existing credit account holders
• Conduct proactive forecasting and review of debt to ensure prompt recovery
• Ensure alignment with credit policy and terms are maintained
• Produce month end reports
• Monitor and drive KPI's

Key requirements as Credit Control Team Leader include:

• Experience in managing a large team and dealing with high volume cash flow.
• Proven experience within a busy Credit Management role
• Good IT skills including Excel (Pivot tables and V Look ups)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• A highly organised approach to work
