Start your job searchMarks Sattin are partnering a fast-growing business in Warwick who are looking to appoint a Credit Control Team Leader.
The team has a 2 x Team Leader structure and as one of these Team Leaders you will oversee a team and assist in training, development and weekly and monthly reporting and administration to ensure accurate cash flow forecasting and collection.
As Credit Control Team Leader, you will:
- Manage, coach and mentor the team
- Ensure efficient collection, control and administration of cash owed
- Monitor existing credit account holders
- Conduct proactive forecasting and review of debt to ensure prompt recovery
- Ensure alignment with credit policy and terms are maintained
- Produce month end reports
- Monitor and drive KPI's
Key requirements as Credit Control Team Leader include:
- Experience in managing a large team and dealing with high volume cash flow.
- Proven experience within a busy Credit Management role
- Good IT skills including Excel (Pivot tables and V Look ups)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A highly organised approach to work
