The role will include:

• - Liaising with external clients via a variety of methods including email, letter and phone
• - Processing and solving customer queries
• - Chasing outstanding debts
• - Liaising with consumers and business on a daily basis
• - Reducing aged debt
• - Cash Allocation
• - General Administration skills
• - Ad Hoc finance duties

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a Credit Control or Finance environment
• Ability to liaise with various departments, both internal and external
• Good communication skills, verbally & written
• Ability to effectively prioritise
