You will be:
- Working in a busy team, you will play a pivotal part of the division's collections team.
- Taking responsibility for a panel of accounts, ensuring timely and efficient collection.
- Working within a professional, enjoyable workplace with a strong recognition and reward culture.
- Working closely with internal colleagues and external customers, to build strong relationships.
- Utilising a variety of system based reporting tools and the ability to manipulate data in excel.
Candidates who should apply, need to be:
- Able to deliver high quality work under pressure and within required timescales
- Able to deal with internal and external customers at all levels, in person and communicate using different media
- You will be influential and friendly with strong negotiation skills
