Are you keen to transition into Finance from Customer Services?

Unique entry level opportunity for resilient, professional and empathetic communicators to move into a large, well run Credit and Collections team in a leading blue chip business, with worldwide acclaim.

You will be:

  • Working in a busy team, you will play a pivotal part of the division's collections team.
  • Taking responsibility for a panel of accounts, ensuring timely and efficient collection.
  • Working within a professional, enjoyable workplace with a strong recognition and reward culture.
  • Working closely with internal colleagues and external customers, to build strong relationships.
  • Utilising a variety of system based reporting tools and the ability to manipulate data in excel.

Candidates who should apply, need to be:

  • Able to deliver high quality work under pressure and within required timescales
  • Able to deal with internal and external customers at all levels, in person and communicate using different media
  • You will be influential and friendly with strong negotiation skills
