Currently recruiting for a Credit Controller to join an industry leading organisation based in Nuneaton. Previous experience is preferred however not essential. Appropriate for those who are driven to succeed and wish to grow in a fantastic organisation.

Duties will include:

• Allocate cash/BACS & cheques to the system
• Chase outstanding debt
• Release sales orders
• Offering the highest standard of customer service
• Resolving accounts queries efficiently
• Open new accounts
• Organise and post invoices out daily
• Liaise with sales teams regarding accounts

Preferred Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills and telephone manner
• Excellent customer service and rapport building skills
• Be a strong team player but also work under own initiative
• Have strong accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of credit control procedures
• Ability to coordinate a range of duties
• Strong organisational skills
