Role Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established credit control team and be given the responsibility for managing your own complex ledger, working directly with long standing, valued customers. The team have been using a new system (SAP) for the past 12+ months and, now it is fully integrated, they are in a strong position to bring on board a new team member. You will have excellent credit control skills and experience encompassing problem solving, high levels of attention to detail and long-term customer relationship management and rapport building.
Role Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving overdue recovery targets
- Manage timely collection activities - Telephone, Letter & Email
- Manage stopped accounts up to litigation
- Account query management
- Reconciliation and resolution of complex accounts
- Communication and strong relationships with the sales force and leasing/credit partners
- Maintaining constant up-to-date CRM information
- Required personal & technical skills
