A large multimedia production company based in Central London is looking for a Management Accountant to join ASAP to cover maternity leave (8 months expected, with potential for extension).

Reporting to the Senior Management Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:

• processing month end journals, including accruals, prepayments and revenue;
• preparing detailed work papers to aid analysis;
• preparing month end balance sheet reconciliations;
• assisting with cost and revenue analysis;
• assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and attending regular meetings with budget holders;
• checking and coding invoices and dealing with queries, liaising with the accounts payable team;
• monthly billing for additional revenue streams;
• other ad hoc tasks may also be required.

You must be part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent. Ideally, a background in TV or media would be an advantage. The office environment is open plan and non-corporate, with dress down Fridays and a strong team focus. This would suit someone who is ideally looking to pursue a management accounting career, and is able to commit to a contract for a minimum of 8 months.
