CREDIT MANAGER - Newly created role

Newly created role for a Credit Manager who really wants to get their teeth in to a role and own all aspects of this multi-million pound ledger.

You will be proven in leading by example, and you won't be afraid of rolloing your sleeves up and getting involved in ensuring that this multi-million pound ledger is clean and tidy. You will also be able to demonstrate how you have previously driven performance, process improvement in order to ensure that all legacy debt is collected and that BAU isses are tackle in a timely manner. You will be responsible for writing internal policies and rolling out across what is an ever-growing and ever-changing organisation.

In this very high volume transaction environment, you'll be used to looking at the order to cash process from start to finish, and will be used to building great internal stakeholder relationships with all areas of business operations.

You will also be keen to look at aspects of credit risk, and you'll be used to working on litigation issues and working with selected third parties in relation to this.

You will be proven in managing a team, , so your positive and proactive attitude will be of paramount importance in this particular role which is business critical, and which sits as part of the senior management team.
