Marks Sattin's Surrey Office are happy to be supporting a well-established care services organisation based in Leatherhead, Surrey to find an accomplished Credit Reconciliations Specialist. This position has arisen to ensure the majority of outstanding accounts are reconciled/balanced or closed off. You will report directly to the Credit Manager.

The Duties:

  • Reconciliation of outstanding, balanced and complex accounts
  • Monthly reconciliations of clearing accounts
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Review reconciliations and explain any variances
  • Various ad hoc procedures

The Candidate:

  • You will be immediately available or on 1 weeks' notice
  • Working knowledge of credit control policies and procedures and ERP systems
  • Exceptional communicator across all levels both internally and externally
  • Great working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Experience of completing complex reconciliations within a credit role

The Package:

  • £17ph
