A leading Oil Major is currently looking to hire a Credit Risk Analyst on a 12 month contract basis. The role will be based in their central London head office and responsible for providing Credit and KYC support activities for their Trading and Shipping division including:

  • Day to day risk management, operations and Assessment of Trading counterparties;
  • Support the continued development of new risk management processes and methods;

Responsibilities:

  • Deal with day to day trading activities across oil, gas and power.
  • Analyse and quantify credit risk profiles across a portfolio of counterparties.
  • Perform credit reviews.
  • Provide support on daily margining activities.
  • Develop and quantify credit risk limits and margining thresholds.
  • Run daily credit reports and monitor daily credit risk limits.
  • Support negotiation of Broker agreements, ISDA and Master netting agreements.
  • Support implementation of credit risk limits and reports in IT systems (Openlink, Cube).
  • Guarantee compliance with credit risk procedures.

To be considered you must have a minimum of 2 years credit risk experience ideally within a large complex organisation. Candidates with working knowledge of Endur, ICTS, CUBE or SAP will be preferred. This is an urgent requirement so please do not delay in making an application.
