CRM System Manager - Salesforce - up to £55k

A private equity backed Professional Services Firm is currently looking to hire a CRM System Manager for their London office. This role will be supporting and managing the embedding of a newly implemented Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. The CRM System Manager will be responsible for the overall CRM strategy, management and optimisation across the firm.

The CRM System Manager will work with stakeholders across all levels of the business, including marketing, compliance and IT, and will support the rollout of the system to new offices, including training and the transfer and integration of data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall CRM strategy, management and optimisation, supported by a CRM executive
  • Working with IT, Compliance and our Salesforce agency to develop the platform according to changing business needs
  • Responsible for systems and processes ensuring compliance with GDPR legislation and best practice
  • Working with senior management to analyse data and produce reports and dashboards to inform business activity and trends
  • Maintain high standards to ensure that the CRM supports all business development, marketing and client take on processes
  • Delivering CRM-related internal communications to drive engagement
  • Designing and delivering Salesforce training programmes to ensure adoption levels across the business are high
  • Working with the Marketing Managers and Executives to support key initiatives and targeting projects
  • Assist with integration to other platforms e.g. website, Pardot etc
  • Leading and implementing data migration and CRM roll-out projects following acquisitions

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of defining an overall CRM strategy, management and optimisation
  • Effective integration experience with other systems within the business. Eg. Time and billing systems
  • Extensive stakeholder engagement experience across all levels of business functions, including marketing, compliance and IT
  • Working knowledge of implementing best practice and driving engagement at all levels across the business
  • System rollout experience to new offices, including training and the transfer and integration of data
  • CRM system subject matter expert. Salesforce experience desirable but not essential
