Expertise & Requirements:
- Min 2+ years' experience as Market Data Customer Service Analyst / Customer Support Analyst within in a fast paced finance environment.
- Specific experience of Market Data, & knowledge of stock markets
- Solid experience and passion for working with real-time market data, with understanding of stock market.
- Good client facing skills with an eagerness for problem solving
- Experienced in taking ownership and seeing problems through to completion
- Experience as Market Data Support Analyst, Market Data Support Engineer, Market Data Customer Support Analyst, Market Data Customer Support Engineer, Market Data Client Support Analyst, Market Data Client Support Engineer, Market Data Service Analyst, Market Data Service Engineer or similar
