Great opportunity to take on the Customer Relations and Marketing aspect of a highly respected Financial Services company based just outside of Newbury. In this role you will be responsible for monitoring and improving the service received by customer, organising meetings & events both internally and externally and providing an ad-hoc support network for the Financial Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating & maintaining client relationships
  • Organising meetings & events
  • Writing accurate and compliant content for website and other digital collateral
  • Generating email marketing campaigns and analysing results
  • Contacting client base regarding and liaising with sales executives
  • Manage and develop the Social Media digital profiles for the Company

Key Skills:

  • Communication essentially, both on verbal & written
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Organisation, managing schedules
  • Intermediate Excel skills are advantegous
  • Experience of working in the Financial services sector would be an advantage
  • Experience in a variety of B2C communication channels
  • Previous experience of Email marketing and social media campaigns desirable
