Customer Success Manager / Customer Success Executive required for leading IT Services Provider in London. The company provides specialist software to companies to provide a better customer experience & ease of use - as Customer Success Manager you will be the driving force in this growing organisation by providing the adoption and usage of a customer experience platform alongside the development and build of a Customer Success Programme.

Expectations:

• Ensure clients are realising the full usage and knowledge of the product ensuring customer success
• Enhance relationship's to maintain engagement of customers currently using the platform
• Ensure relevant products, services and benefits are clearly and regularly communicated
• Assist in uncovering future product needs and trends for the product development team
• Collaborate with internal teams in order to resource the customer needs using demonstrations and marketing
• Use customer data to build an evidence based customer success plan

Experience:

• Min 3+years in an Client Account Manager or Customer Success Manager role
• In depth understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS)
• Concise quantification of outcomes delivered (number and size of accounts, etc)
• Proven track record of building strong relationships at all levels
• Experience of presenting and hosting solutions to individual customers, and customer groups
• Ability to set personal targets and goals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent presentation skills.
