Finance Assistant

Marks Sattin are recruiting for a Finance Assistant who has a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be available immediately and able to work on an ongoing temporary contract.

You will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that invoices are accurate and up to date
• Monitoring and updating company excel sheets
• Reporting any payments that are overdue and flagging them as appropriate
• Monitoring the key performance indicators

The suitable candidate will be able to summarise large amounts of numerical data and produce basic reports based on such data in an accurate and timely manner.
