Deal Execution and Portfolio Monitoring

Based in the heart of Mayfair, this well known pan-European fund is looking for an ACA, with at least 5 years post qualified experience, to join their in house transaction support team. The candidate will have experience of private equity, real estate, special situations or credit transactions from the execution stage onwards.

The role works alongside the deal team, asset managers, lawyers, tax advisors and focuses on everything from the deal execution stage - valuations, structuring, portfolio monitoring - right the way through to exit. You will have autonomy over your work and thus will take sole responsibility for all of your deals; it will be up to you whether you want to work on a mix of asset classes or focus on one. This in itself provides an opportunity for anyone wishing to broaden or specialise.

They are open to someone from a "Big 4" Corporate Finance division at Senior Manager/Associate Director level, as well as someone from a commercial fund control background. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to get full cycle deal experience within a powerful fund with an unblemished reputation in the industry.

They will offer a very competitive basic salary (dependant on current package) and a discretionary bonus that is in line with all of the major investment houses.
