This is a growth driven company who require a Financial Controller who can take responsibility of improving controls, and assisting the CFO with meeting the needs of the private equity house, management team and any other external contacts. You will not only be responsible for managing the running the function of a finance department, but also preparing the business for growth, reviewing processes and systems.

The role will entail management duties as well as the day to day responsibilities of managing accounts (P&Ls for each profit/cost centre), statutory accounts, consolidate accounts (including balance sheet and cashflow), and KPIs. You will required to manage a small team and responsible for maintaining and evolving a strong control environment to cope with a growing business.

The ideal candidate will have ideally have experience in a multi-site environment, but will consider candidates that are ambitious and have a desire to become a Financial Director, regardless of industry experience. As well, the ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA), preferably Chartered. Experience within a Private Equity backed business will be advantageous.
