Senior Digital Project Manager/Programme Manager

This is a fixed term contract for up to 12 months as a maternity cover role.

Essential experience required:

• A proven track record of digital project/programme management
• Strong experience of business case development, budget management and business process development and implementation
• Team leadership, using a range of management tools or techniques to manage attendance, performance, development and motivation of team members.
• Managing and developing team members
• Managing the relationship with external partners
• A deep understanding of the benefits and outcomes of digital programmes and organisational impact
• Knowledge of how to develop and present engaging business cases.
• Budget management, including annual financial planning, reforecasting and one-off analysis
• Demonstrable ability to act as a leader of a team that achieves results
• Communicates clearly, presenting well-structured arguments and recommendations
• Experience in in an arts or cultural heritage environment would be useful, but is not essential
