Working for one of the world's leaders in the field of science, we have numerous opportunities for subject matter experts in AR/OTC to join this highly successful team. Working in an international environment, the chance to use your European language skills will be a true possibility, together with the opportunity to travel outside of the UK to help with migrations and implementations.

On a daily basis, you will be responsible for the following:

• Acting as a first point of call for escalations, and anything related to cash/collection processes
• Assisting in continuous improvement and recommending process improvements for efficiencies and controls
• Assisting in migration and implementation with other offices outside the UK
• Raising invoices in a timely manner
• Handling all customer and internal queries in with established SLAs
• Liaising with key stakeholders and attending meetings accordingly
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service
