A well-known financial recruitment firm in central London is seeking a proactive and ambitious resourcer to join their high performing Executive Search team. Marks Sattin Executive Search provides Chief Financial Officers and Finance Directors to a diverse client portfolio and as a resourcer you will play an active role in ensuring that these candidates are of the highest calibre.

As a resourcer you will play an integral role in the identification and sourcing of the highest quality candidates for CFO and FD opportunities. Assessing businesses and trends including tracking and analysing all of business transactions in order to develop an expert knowledge of the executive market. You will be also be tasked with the approaching of candidates gaining critical information and assessing their suitability. This is role has a broad remit with the opportunity to take a high level of ownership for the executive search process as you develop.
