Marks Sattin are looking for a Summer Intern to join the Executive Search Team. We are looking for someone who is keen to pursue a career in the Executive/Headhunting field. You will be tasked with resourcing and helping to support the Executive Director in all areas of recruitment.

An internship will allow you to acquire the necessary skills and experience to effectively assess and process potential candidates. In addition, how to structure and conduct interviews providing you with the foundations for a successful career in Recruitment. This is a fast paced environment and you will be dealing with top level finance professionals across the board!

As a recruitment intern your tasks would include:

  • To act as the initial point of contact with candidates
  • Daily pre-screening calls to shortlisted and general candidates and astute assessment of their suitability for roles
  • Developing an expert knowledge of the executive market and client world
  • Proactive candidate sourcing through headhunting and networking
  • Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies
  • Perform the initial screening of candidates via face to face interview
  • Office administrative support and diary management
  • Fielding general office calls maintaining working knowledge of the office 'goings on' and using initiative when dealing with candidates or clients
