My client based in Yorkshire is current recruiting for a Factory Finance business Partner/Controller where you will be a key member of the leadership team team, continuing the high level of success the business has seen over the past decade.

Partnering Operational staff and the General Manager, your key responsibility in the business will be to providing financial insight in to the company performance as well as challenge operational efficiencies, taking full ownership of al aspects of standard costing and variances. You will review issues with the manufacturing process and ensure the corrective actions are undertake to improve material or labour performance; Review profits being generated from the site and identify low profit products as well as promoting a cost awareness thought out the factory

You will ideally be working in a FMCG / Manufacturing environment working in a factory finance or site finance based role. Qualified to a CIMA, ACCA, ACA level you will have the ability to challenge operational staff and demonstrate a background of working in a cost conscious environment.
