Start your job searchAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Finance Director to join a high profile International Fashion Group based in Central London. The main focus will be supporting the strategic direction of the business as they enter a period of growth trajectory.
With complete responsibility of the finance function you will ensure the correct systems, processes and controls are in place to drive financial performance and continually identify opportunities for enhancement. As well as plans to grow organically, the business is looking to be active with M&A; therefore experience in this area will be sure to bolster your candidacy. The successful candidate will have extensive wholesale/distribution experience. Additionally, any experience with licensing as well as e-commerce is preferred. Having experience working with luxury brands is a plus.
This role is commercial and broad, therefore is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and welcomes a challenge. Your communication and relationship building skills will also see you succeed as you manage banking relationships and work closely with the experienced board team to influence the financial strategy of the business. You will also be joining an engaged and ambitious team that will thrive under strong leadership and welcome feedback and direction.
This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a reputable organisation with strong values and a passion for success and growth. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACMA), preferably Chartered, and have a strong leadership background in retail or FMCG.
