My client, an independent specialist investment management company based in London is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator. The ideal candidate will be someone with a number of years experience in dealing with CASS regulations as well as previous experience with anti money laundering rules and liaising with clients. This role will carry plenty of responsibility as the successful candidate will be working with 450 clients and over £300 Million of assets under management.

The role will include:

• Making Client payments
• Trade settlements
• Bank reconciliations
• Manage client relationships
• Greeting Clients
• Managing Client account openings
• Assisting with quarterly client investment portfolio reporting
• Answering client phone calls
• Ad hoc office management (liaising with external IT support, managing office contracts)

About you:

• Strong Microsoft excel skills
• Knowledge of CASS regulations
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering rules
• Previous experience with client interactions,
• Previous experience with cash reconciliations
