A global Insurer within the Lloyd's of London market are looking to recruit an experienced and technically strong Financial Analyst to work within on their biggest Business Units and next to the FP&A team. The team is responsible for the production and analysis of GAAP and Solvency II information using their own in-house system. The role is integral to providing both actual, plan and forecast information and working with the Business Partners and FP&A team to provide the analysis behind this at an entity and Strategic Business unit level.

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Obtaining and processing the necessary data to produce the monthly underwriting results along with the full year plan, monthly plans and any full year re-forecasts from during the year

- Perform an initial level of analysis of the results before they are passed to the FP&A team

- Identify and implement automations and efficient improvements in all processes

- Provision of regular reporting into key stakeholders including the underwriting results to the Regulatory Reporting team

Your Requirements:

- Have Lloyds of London market experience

- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including VBA and SQL

- Can work with large data sets

- Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant or similar
