Financial Analyst

£40,000 - £55,000 + Benefits

Marks Sattin are partnered with a global enterprise in search for a Finance Analyst to join their team based in Slough. This opportunity will offer a wide range of technical skills whilst partnering with senior stakeholders within Marketing, Sales and HR to build business cases for product innovation through ROI, pricing and R&D.

Responsibilities within this role;

• Assisting in the production, management and communication of the monthly reporting pack and associated analysis
• Prepare central cost centre reports, pulling in actuals, budget and latest forecast
• Running overhead meetings with cost centre owners and managers
• Implementing standard Gross Margin projections
• Advertising & Promotion actual spends versus Budget and Forecast
• Develop business cases for local projects: Involvement in building and analysing brand business cases for innovation, promotion & recovery projects
• Processing accruals/prepayments and ensure these are reconciled at the end of the period
• Overseeing daily sales tracking

The ideal profile;

• Part or Newly Qualified Accountant (CIMA)
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Have experience of working within a Consumer / FMCG business
