A fast-growing FMCG business in Leamington Spa are recruiting for a Finance Analyst to join their commercial finance team.

This is a newly created role where the team provide central analysis of both group revenues and costs, in addition to all investment appraisals and continuous improvement projects. Analysis of the group performance under these headings is designed to allow recommendations on which projects will be initiated to improve the value of the business for the long-term.

The role of Finance Analyst will provide senior support and analysis to the Commercial FC in areas of key strategic development; including merger & acquisition project management and scenario modelling, plus group strategy modelling and divisional tracking​.

Working within a team of 8 and reporting into the Commercial FC, it is intended that this particular role will have significant exposure to the Commercial FD and allow you to make a real impact within the commercial finance team.

To be considered for the position of Finance Analyst, candidates must be/have:

• Fully qualified Accountant with strong commercial experience
• Excellent computer skills and financial systems (SAP, Hyperion etc.)

Package on offer for the position of Finance Analyst is a basic salary between £40,000 and £45,000 plus package.
