A reputable and recognised multinational business is currently seeking an astute and commercial Finance Analyst to work with their successful Supply Chain division. Initially on a contract, the role will support the business in achieving planned strategies and goals, whilst providing support where required to key European entities. You will ensure that the correct financial controls are implemented in all areas of supply chain and drive efficiencies and improvements where needed.

Working closely with management, the responsibilities and duties will be broad and varied. You will manage the financial reporting process in relation to supply chain and provide management information and reporting on results and performance for presentation to senior management. You will work closely with supply chain to aid in operational decisions and targets, advising on adherence to accounting requirements where necessary.

The successful applicant will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and hold a numerate degree. You will also be able to demonstrate business partnering and influencing skills, ideally from the manufacturing, energy or resources industry. SAP experience and knowledge is required as are excellent Excel skills. This is an influential role that offers an excellent opportunity to improve business performance.
