A leading private equity company located in London is looking for a accounts assistant to join initially on a temporary contract, on a part time basis.
Working 30 hours either 3 or 5 days a week, you will be assisting the management accountant with all duties related to the purchase ledger.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing all invoices
- Coding of invoices and posting to the general ledger
- Staff expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with queries in a timely manner
- Other ad hoc financial analysis assistance required
- Previous accounting/finance experience
- Previous knowledge of using an accounting software
- Previous experience in financial services is desirable
- Willing to work on a part time basis
