A leading private equity company located in London is looking for a accounts assistant to join initially on a temporary contract, on a part time basis.

Working 30 hours either 3 or 5 days a week, you will be assisting the management accountant with all duties related to the purchase ledger.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Processing all invoices
• Coding of invoices and posting to the general ledger
• Staff expenses
• Bank reconciliations
• Dealing with queries in a timely manner
• Other ad hoc financial analysis assistance required

Requirements:

• Previous accounting/finance experience
• Previous knowledge of using an accounting software
• Previous experience in financial services is desirable
• Willing to work on a part time basis
