Opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven candidate to grow and develop their career within a top Global Company.

You will be a key business partner to the Functional Leads in providing value adding insights and delivering strategic support to help the business achieve their goals.

This role will be based in the Business Support Centre of Excellence which was created to drive change and innovation within Finance across EMEA, supporting over $0.5bn. You will be part of a diverse, dynamic and sociable team shaping the future of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Key Finance Business Partner for Senior Functional Leaders, building an understanding of the business to provide value added support

  • Lead an initiative to streamline data collection and reporting. Identifying new approaches to create value added insights.
  • Coordinate and prepare Functional Budgets and Quarterly Forecasts together with Business Partners
  • Deliver insights into actual results and business performance
  • Collaborate with Functional Teams to identifying opportunities for savings to reinvest in priority Projects
  • Responsible for the provision of Ad-hoc Reporting & Analytics requirements to the Corporate team
  • Liaise with the Shared Service Finance Team to ensure compliant and accurate quarterly closing
  • Lead deployment of the new Finance model within other EMEA countries and business divisions
  • Lead Process Improvement Projects

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree qualification or relevant Financial qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • 5+ years of relevant finance experience

  • Agility to manage multiple priorities, working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-cultural, cross functional environment across all layers of the business
