A leading consumer business with a reputable and recognised brand range is currently seeking an accomplished Finance Business Partner to work with and support a diverse range of business functions, including customer excellence and communications. The role will support the Business Directors in managing finance - spend forecasting and reporting across a range of activities and costs.

Working closely with the FP&A Manager, you will ultimately challenge, advise and provide leadership and partnering to the Directors - covering expenditures, forecasts, variance analysis and value-add reporting. You will work closely with the teams to aid in operational decisions and targets, advising on analytics and understanding the key costs. The role will also support an environment with financial controls - streamlining and improving frameworks and giving guidance.

The successful applicant will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and hold a numerate degree. You will also be able to demonstrate business partnering and influencing skills, working and guiding non-finance internal stakeholders.
