Marks Sattin are pleased to be working exclusively with this rapidly growing Financial Services organisation, who due to company growth are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner, within their FP&A function.

This is a newly created role, where you will be responsible for leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, having full responsibility for the develoment of financial KPI's. Alongside this, you will be responsible for presenting analysis of ongoing financial performance, providing advice and support to the wider business on all financial matters and using financial modelling skills to support management decision making.

You will be a highly motivated, dynamic accountant with a strong background in commercial finance and the ability to produce management accounts within tight deadlines. Advanced financial modelling skills are a must as is the ability to be able to positively deal with frequent change within the business.

A candidate from an FCA regulated environment will be of particular interest.
