Our client is a leading financial services institution that has been performing very well even in the current climate. They have gone from strength to strength and due to recent growth and acquisitions they are now looking to add to their finance business partnering team.

This Finance Business Partner position will sit within the FP&A team and the role will be broad and varied. You will give guidance to the wider business on matters including competitor and market analysis, providing performance guidance across business investments and managing the planning cycle - consolidating group plans and challenging divisions where required. The role will also support the team in wider finance projects and look to implement improvements across reporting structures and processes where needed.

To be considered for the role, you will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) and have experience of working in financial services, preferably insurance. You will have previous experience of partnering and supporting the wider business with financial analysis and support and will be able to communicate complex data and reports in an insightful and meaningful way. Strong, refined and clear communication skills are essential.
