A rapidly growing PR/Advertising Agency are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join on an initial contract basis as the key point of contact between the Account Management teams, and the Finance department. The role will require a candidate with a strong understanding of the Industry and particularly the relevant revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate smoothly with Finance and Account Management teams, meeting regularly to identify any variances before providing key commentary/analysis.
  • Generate annual budget for Sales and accurate forecast for the year and rolling 12 month period.
  • Provide job profitability reports to the Accounts Management team and Senior Management.
  • Improve and develop WIP accounting process.
  • Review monthly reporting process, providing recommendations and commentary throughout.

Ideal candidates will be/have:

  • Experience in the Advertising/Marketing sector (essential)
  • Qualified Accountant, ACCA, ACMA, ACA (or equivalent)
  • Proven business partnering experience
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders across the business

This is an interim position, initially expected to last 6 months but potentially to be extended beyond. Applicants must be available to interview and start on short notice/immediately.
